A older couple was staying in one of our nicest rooms. Our mechanism as a housekeeper here is viewing when the guests have come down to breakfast and while they’re eating to go to their room to make the bed, replace towels and sheets, see if their bar needs replacements, etc. I clean the room and about 30 minutes later housekeeping gets a call. This couple wants us to ignore all other rooms as they claim their room needs to be vacuumed immediately.
