Now she is serious, and asks if Rachel and I had sex. I tell her the truth, no, but I thought about it. She tells me that she is okay with what happened, though she would have been a lot more comfortable with it if she were there, which I am not sure how to take. Just as the conversation ends, there is a knock on the door and it’s Rachel. She comes in and is partly teary-eyed, and apologizes about things getting out of control. She was lonely, and she feels comfortable around my wife and I, and she hopes that this doesn’t make it awkward yada yada yada.
